Temporarily Removely of the Non-contact Combatant Class

Hello all participants of Battlecry Sydney,
After much consideration and a majority vote the committee has decided to temporarily but indefinitely remove the Non-contact Combatant Class also called “Pink Sash rules” from the Sydney chapter. This is due to a few reasons including the following:
Unable to guarantee no accidental contact will be made to the wearer(s) of the pink sash
Concerns of injured participants playing assuming they will not be hit
Implied responsibility if a NCCC is hit
Player concerns raised of pink sash exploitation/meta.
This is not an easy decision to make, however the safety of our players is our highest priority and we are unable to currently ensure the safety required for non-contact combatants. A reminder that any player may ‘yield’ themself for any reason and remove themself from combat. Note that the Pink sash rules are not removed from the rulebook as this is a temporary removal until another solution can be made. Thank you all for understanding.
